Although Argus has a dash using 1st skill, it still has long CD that's why he is still easy to kite and an ult that can be baited easily, I recommend using sprint and full glass cannon build.

wintalker and phisical dmage ite is the best for argus...it will give you phisicle ddamage plus magic damage...if alrady full finished your build sell the shoes and buy the corrisen thinng(for attack)

Take sprint with Argus to outrun/chase enemies. When engaging try to sneak up behind enemies, and if they try to run away grab onto them with skill 1 (Demonic Grip) and stun them.

Play along with your turrets in low levels. Reserve first skill to stun enemies when under turret and use 2nd skill right after that. Save the second part of your first skill for dashing running enemy

Since his latest revamp , sprint is no the way to go . I would highly recommend using a full atk speed build and using flicker or execute for Argus . In the latest patch Argus is much harder to kite.
