When a fanny is coming towards you from a far distance, you can use your ult to damage her and avoid damage, if you cant charge your ult (he poses before he dashes), use 1st skill instead.

Always have you finger near you 2nd skill. If you see her coming towards you and you dont really wanna fight, use 2nd, then run or dash away. You can dash through walls, use that against her.

If you wanna fight her, its best to have enemy minions nearby for free dashes. Use endless battle's passive everytime you use a skill. Dont be too cocky against a fanny, but dont be a coward either.
